For our Dark Entries series we want to focus on our ability to explore the range of flavors a single origin coffee has to offer. Body, acidity and aftertaste will never be the same. We take the bean much further in the roast until exposed becomes its darker side. Get ready to pucker up and down some avenue of sin.
